About us 

              Ajay Industries and FabWell Engineers are a group company managed by technocrats and professionals. It was founded in 1984 by a Technocrat and Commercial strategist. Mr. Ajay Vibhute, the technical head, a B.E. (Mechanical) ranker of 1980 batch from Govt. Engineering College Aurangabad. He took his hands on experience in TATA MOTORS, Pune before starting his own industry. With this rich experience and zeal for entrepreneurship he took the plunge in setting up a small scale unit in Aurangabad. This small shoot with the help of his brother Mr. Shashikant Vibhute, the Commercial cum Marketing strategist, has now grown into a self-sustaining banyan tree.

 

              We have a rich diversified experience of working with Central and State agencies, Multinationals, Medium and Small scale industries. Our main thrust and expertise has been in Precision Fabrication as required for the Heavy Industry. Manufacture of Import substitutes, Special Purpose Machines, Export of special machined Alloy Steel Ring Gaskets to the Oil industry in the Gulf and the European market are just some of our many capabilities. Some of our other esteemed customers are the central petrochemical companies like IOCL, HPCL, BPCL and IBP. The companies in the Multinational & National arena are MAN Diesel, Thermax, Siemens, Crompton Greaves, ABB, Goodyear, Sterlite Industries, Fouress India, Greaves Cotton, etc., apart from many Medium and Small Scale Industries in and around the state.

 

              Our products have been evaluated and passed by third party inspecting authorities like BVIS, DNV, ICS and their likes. Here we have independent engineers manning the Production and Quality departments apart from the staff in the Logistics and Commercial. We bagged a prestigious award for innovations in manufacturing during the IMTMA – Siemens productivity summit. We have been Credit Rated by M/s DUN & BRADSTREET.

 

            Our sister concern M/s FabWell Engineers was established in 1992. Here we have a full-fledged Fabrication and Press-Shop set up in place. FabWell Engineers has been Credit Rated by M/s CRISIL. We have a team of Technical, Commercial and Logistics staff along with skilled & unskilled labour to take care of production.

 

           Our main raw material sources are SAIL, Ispat, Essar, Llyods, Jindal or their first stage dealers and Bulk Importers. Our both companies are ISO 9001-2008 certified. We are greatly indebted to our Bankers who lent us invaluable support during our growing period. We were extended independent credit facilities to take care of our Export needs. They have recognized us as a reliable customer having a potential to grow exponentially in the coming years. Our Group turn over was INR 15 Crore as of 2021-22.
